 My last show of the season December 6-7 at The Rose Center Friday 2-8 Christmas open house at Rose Center. Saturday hours 9-3. The Rose Center Gallery will be open during these hours.

Scratchboard class

I will be teaching scratch-board at the Morristown Senior Citizens Center Sept 11.

To sign up for this class
Call 581-2273 all day class I furnish the scratch board, students will need to furnish an X-ato knife # 11 blades.
Need to pack a lunch and drink.

I used to be the biggest beach bum around, was born in the mountains, loved the sound of the waves breaking. I can paint the ocean and still hear the sound of waves. But my heart still belongs to the mountains.

Every once in a while I still have to paint the beach.

I took an artistic license while painting this, as the grapes were not ripe at vineyard when taking photos.

I will do bridal invitations with this design, perfect for the wedding in the vineyard. I will happy to change the design, extra cost of course. I do the design, printing, you will have to furnish the groom and cake...

Scratchboard finished

 Finally got around to finishing my Teacup Birds, Bluebird  and Chickadees, the teacups I used as models were my Mom's antique ones...the scratchboard I painted with acrylics. I now have 4 different birds in teacups. Cardinal and Titmouse too, now if I can find where I put the Titmouse...

"Christmas Cow"

While cleaning a corner in my studio

I decided to clean cluttered corner beside my graphic table and found some Fredrick canvas panels, all small 3 x 7, 4 x 6 and 5 x 7. Three in each pack still in their wrapping.  Went out to paint a bench I have on the porch and mind was painting these 3 x 7's. So you know what I have been doing.

The pumpkin is a colored pencil illustration.
