White Christmas In East Tennessee.

Yippee! A White Christmas and more snow last night and today, every time I was awake last I could watch the white fluffy stuff coming down. Most of the day we have had some snow, which is so pretty, our pine and spruce trees are covered, Mother Nature covers up the drab and ugly with a fresh blanket of snow, everything is so clean and pure...Ok now to work on some sketches of a cute little dog (commission painting)

Ice and Snow almost gone

Boy oh Boy, the ice and snow has almost disappeared finally I can get to the grocery store and post office, need mail this order to a lady for a Christmas present. I like the snow but this ice was something else, our pine tree lost one of its big limbs, I just happen to be standing at the kitchen door when it broke, they really have a loud crack, like shotgun when they break....scray..at least it was not close to the truck and car but up on the lot. Our truck and car has been covered in snow and or ice for days.. At my age I will not try to clean it off I might break something I will need later in life. Hubby is still recouping and cannot do it..

Rain and Snow today

This morning we were having rain, tonight its snow, just enough to cover the ground and our street, I love to watch it snow really gets me in Holiday spirit. It does need to let up I have a print I need to ship to a collector this week..I really am not fond of driving in it anymore, never was.
